Ask inventories was created in 2006 by its current director Kelly Bond. Kelly started in the lettings business in 1996 working as a trainee lettings negotiator for Foxton’s in Chiswick. Over time Kelly worked her way up to running and looking after several branches in London.
It was during this time at Foxton’s Kelly became aware that there was a gap in the market for a good independent inventory service. Shortly after this Kelly took the plunge and founded ASK inventories as a more wholesome company and frequently offers advice on how their clients can protect their property against damage or any kind of abuse.
Kelly’s personal insight into how estate agents and the lettings business works has enabled ASK to offer a high level of service and gain a great reputation (our testimonials speak for themselves).
